Divorce documents have been the top request from internet user's who are looking to save money by filing the proper paperwork themselves. Currently, there is no option for couples who have no property to divide and no children. These couples are forced to hire family court attorneys at a price of 3000.00 or more and these family attorney's print off the forms from the court website and fill out the forms and file them on your behalf. These court forms do not address the personal issues or the fraud or misconduct involved in the action. These court forms are not designed to have anything dismissed or challenge the issues. The court forms have no provisions for petitioner's who fraudulently file for divorce in a state where they have not met the necessary requirements to be considered a "Legel Resident" of that State. If the legal resident requirements are not satisfied the court will not have legal jurisdiction and the divorce decree must be dismissed. It appears attorneys are not concerned about these small issues because they are not looking to have the case dismissed and lose out on taking your money. We do not fill out court forms for you to file in court we draft the document you need and address the special issues in your case to make sure your rights are protected in court. The fact of the matter is "Family Court" is civil..... so why would you need to hire a special family court attorney and be forced to go by rules that do not adhere to the constitution.
I have done some research on this issue and what I have discovered is very disturbing. Family court rules do not adhere to the constitution. In my opinion, these rules are designed to be mindful of the court time management and not the families. In some state's the party with the attorney can talk to the judge without the other parties knowledge and corrupt the judge's mind long before the hearing. It shocking that one could loose property and kids in "family court" and have their rights to due process violated by the court at the during the process.
